Scope of Professional Services
Rick Stoll joined MLG Capital in June 2016 as the Assistant Vice President of Private Equity. Prior to joining the MLG Capital Team, Stoll worked as a Property Manager and later, as Director of Business Development for a large local management Company. As a manager, Stoll specialized in special asset and conventional management assignments with a portfolio consisting of receivership, real estate owned (REO), loan-serviced and conventional office and retail assets. Serving as a liaison between conventional owners, appointed Receivers, tenants and vendors. Stoll actively aided in the disposition, retention, valuation and leasing efforts in a fluctuating portfolio of 50-140 assets, exceeding 1.3M SF.

As the Director of Business Development, the company’s commercial portfolio grew from 1.8M SF to 4.4M SF and its residential portfolio from 1,900 units to 3,500 units within two years. Stoll is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Wisconsin as well as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Stoll also is a licensed Property Insurance Intermediary and Casualty Insurance Intermediary in the state of Wisconsin.
