Fund IV is OPEN! We will have already closed on two transactions by 11/9/2018 consistent of  over 670 multi-family apartment units. We are actively targeting to add 3 additional assets by the end of 2018 consisting of over 1.4M square feet of Industrial space and an additional 545 multi-family apartment units. These 5 acquisitions are spread across 7 MSA’s (Geographic locations; one is an Industrial portfolio in 3 MSA’s). We are anticipating that the FIRST ±$30M of investors with approved MLG Fund IV LLC or 1099 Dividend Fund IV LLC subscriptions will fund these transactions.
