2. As of 3/31/22, for valuation purposes, sold properties are valued at actual sales price. For active and pending investments, the Estimated Current Value is based on the Managing Member’s estimate of current value. Recent acquisitions are generally valued at the acquisition price.

As of 3/31/22, Performance information is for all investment properties (i.e. properties that generate an ongoing investment cash flow, and excluding land developments) acquired and sold by MLG Capital since its inception in 1987. “MLG Capital” means MLG Fund Manager LLC and its investment affiliates, and is more fully defined in the most recent Supplement to the Confidential Private Placement Memorandum for MLG Private Fund V LLC and MLG Dividend Fund V LLC, at the section entitled “Performance of Managing Member Affiliates.” For sold properties the Equity Multiple is inclusive of property level distributions after property expenses, but before any asset management fee, other Fund expenses or promote profit sharing paid to MLG or other 3rd parties, which would decrease investor returns. Governing Law; Arbitration
