Alex Lunde serves as Assistant Vice President at MLG Capital, primarily concentrating on acquisitions of multifamily, industrial, and retail assets within the Midwest markets. Based in MLG headquarters in Brookfield, WI, he is actively involved in working with our joint venture partners and sourcing new acquisitions as well as the underwriting and evaluation, property due diligence, financing, and closing processes.
Prior to joining MLG in 2025, he was the Director of Capital Markets for a local real estate developer and an investment associate at two real estate private equity firms based in Chicago and Denver. Alex has experience across the lifecycle of an asset including sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, financing, closing, asset management, and dispositions.
Alex graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in both Real Estate & Finance, Investment, and Banking. He is an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW), and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).
In his free time, Alex enjoys playing golf, skiing, cheering on Wisconsin sports, and traveling the world with his wife.
