Nathan is an Associate at MLG Capital. In his role, he underwrites multifamily, industrial, and retail real estate for potential acquisition in the Midwest and assesses their fit for MLG’s Legacy Fund and Private Fund Series.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2024 with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. During his time in Madison, he was an active member in the Private Equity Real Estate Club (REPEC) which helped confirm his passion for the industry. He was also served as a board member for the Habitat For Humanity UW-Chapter.
Nathan grew up in Platteville, Wisconsin with two sisters. He enjoys staying active, both outdoors and indoors, playing and watching sports, and discovering new places with friends and family. A die-hard Wisconsin sports fan, Nathan is always willing to talk passionately about his Badgers, Packers, or Brewers.
Prior to joining MLG, Craig worked for Wells Fargo Advantage Funds as a registered securities representative. Through his experience, Craig gained an intricate working knowledge of the equity markets and the valuations of corporations. He now applies this knowledge in his current role as he values commercial assets and works to create value for investors.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with honors from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. While in school, he focused his education on Applied Investments and earned his Series 7 and 63 licenses shortly after graduating.
Craig is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also served as Vice President of the Panther City Real Estate Club. In addition, he is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Wisconsin.
