Nathan Groppe, a native of Cedarburg, grew up with his younger brother and sister. As a Business Intelligence Developer, Nathan focuses on driving growth and efficiency by making data accessible, consumable, and dynamic. He specializes in delivering data insights that cater to both executive and operational audiences, ensuring that everyone at MLG has the information they need to make informed decisions. Nathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2016 with a major in Marketing, providing a strong foundation for his career in business intelligence and data analytics. His professional journey began in the financial technology space at FIS, where he spent five years on the enterprise reporting team. More recently, he brought his expertise to 3M before joining the team at MLG.

Outside of work, Nathan is an avid golfer and a passionate follower of all things sports. He is currently planning a wedding with his fiancé Taylor and values spending quality time with his family and friends. Nathan is always open to connecting with others to discuss business intelligence, data insights, or even just to talk sports!
