Holden Kahlenberg is a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team at MLG Capital, where he covers a broad range of asset classes. Prior to joining MLG, he worked in Chicago as an Associate in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll. During his time there, Holden provided clients support with commercial real estate investments and transactions, asset and portfolio management, and due diligence.
He earned his BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2020, majoring in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investments & Banking.
Outside of work, Holden and his wife, Camryn, enjoy walking their dog, Melvin. He is also a passionate fan of the Wisconsin Badgers and the Milwaukee Brewers.
