David Rodriguez serves as a Vice President at MLG Capital, concentrating on acquisitions within the Southeast Sunbelt markets. Based out of our Dallas office, he is actively involved in the sourcing of new properties, including the underwriting and evaluation of investment opportunities, property due diligence, financing, and closing. During his time at MLG, he has been directly involved in over $1.7 billion in acquisitions.
Prior to joining MLG in 2019, David was a college baseball player before transferring to Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with an honors degree in Real Estate Finance.
David lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Hali, and their two dogs, Blue and Lucia. Together, they enjoy traveling, eating queso, and playing with the dogs. Other passions include golf, country music, and playing board/card games.
