Carson Leske

Carson serves as an Associate at MLG Capital. Based in Brookfield, WI, Carson primarily focuses on underwriting, analysis, due diligence, and closing of Legacy Fund opportunities, while also supporting the efforts of the Joint Venture and Direct teams.

Prior to joining MLG Capital, Carson worked in Chicago for a family office focusing on sourcing, underwriting, and executing multifamily development and opportunistic real estate investments. Carson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA, triple majoring in Risk Management, Finance, and Real Estate. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).

Outside of work, Carson enjoys visiting National Parks, hiking, golfing, and cheering on Wisconsin sports.
