Kasia Wandsneider is a Senior Compliance Coordinator at MLG Capital. Her primary responsibility includes ensuring all MLG Subscription Agreements, Addendums, and investor-specific accreditation materials are in legal good standing. She reviews investor’s financials against regulations defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Kasia processes all subscription amendments, legal transfers, accounts custody changes according to the compliance requirements. Kasia is process-driven and enjoys resolving any challenging cases that the investors might bring.
She was born and raised in the southern part of Poland but has been living in the US for over 20 years. Kasia attended the University of Economics in Cracow where she earned a bachelor’s degree of Science in Business with majors in Management and Accounting. She later went on to receive a Management certification from Harvard Business School in 2017.
Before joining MLG Capital, Kasia worked at Johnson Controls Inc., CBRE Inc., and M&I Bank.
Some of Kasia’s favorite hobbies include interior decorating, sewing, gardening, and DIY projects. She also likes to experiment in the kitchen with a global palette, that leans heavily on the spicy side.
