Terry Wallen

Terry Wallen serves as Vice President at MLG Capital, primarily concentrating on acquisitions within the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. Based in MLG headquarters in Brookfield, WI, he is actively involved in working with our joint venture partners and sourcing new acquisitions as well as the underwriting and evaluation, property due diligence, financing, and closing processes.

During his time at MLG, he has been involved in over $1 billion in acquisitions.

Prior to joining MLG in 2019, Terry was a college football player at Drake University, where he graduated with degrees in both Finance and Marketing with departmental honors.

Terry lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Mary, and their dog, Gus. Together, they enjoy taking Gus to the lake, grilling out, and cheering on Wisconsin sports.
