Tim is a Senior Vice President at MLG Capital and the President of Point Real Estate Management (MLG’s Multifamily Property Management Company in Wisconsin). As President of Point Real Estate Management (PRM), Tim oversees the operations of our Wisconsin Multifamily Management Company, ensuring the effective management of over 4,000 units with a dedicated team of over 100 employees.
In his role at MLG Capital, Tim focuses on the strategic acquisition of new properties and the comprehensive asset management of MLG’s existing multifamily portfolio. Since joining in 2011, Tim has demonstrated his expertise in various roles, with a primary emphasis on property management.
Tim is a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holding a bachelor’s degree. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Wisconsin.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Tim finds joy in family life with his wife, Tonine, and their two young children. A Wisconsin native, he’s a passionate Bucks fan and enjoys the Packers too. During his leisure time, Tim indulges in his love for movies.
