As Senior Vice President at MLG Capital, David works heavily on our Investor Relations (sales & service), Internal Operations, Technology, and Marketing efforts.

A true believer in the statement, “the people of MLG are what make it so great,” David engages directly with many business lines as part of the MLG Operations, Marketing and Data/Technology Committees. He is focused on creating exceptional experiences for our team and our investors via integrating tools, processes, technologies, and resources essential for continued growth.

David is always on the lookout for a new challenge or puzzle to solve. He is eager to find more consulting type board roles where he can use his operational, marketing, sales and digital creativity to “get it done” and benefit those in most need within the community. He’s also a recipient of Multi-Housing News’ Rising Star Award.

As a Type 1 diabetic for the last 25+ years, David is a dedicated supporter of children impacted by T1D. Outside of diabetes work, David is focused on doing good in our community and continual improvements to our organization. He is a Board Member for R.E.A.C.H. (Real Estate Alliance for Charity) and an Advisory Board Member for Marquette University Center for Real Estate. At MLG he sits as a committee member for MLG Cares and the MAD Initiative (MLG’s philanthropic and employee engagement initiatives). He is also a mentor for the Mentor Initiative at Concordia University.

David and his family also are avid supporters of Make a Wish Wisconsin, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and St. Augustine Preparatory Academy, to name a few.

When he’s not working, David loves a good round of golf, and travelling as often as possible. He is also a self-proclaimed coffee and wine connoisseur and finds nothing more enjoyable than sipping a great pour-over or some red wine. David resides in Brookfield, Wisconsin with his wife, two young children and two rescued hound-dogs.
