As HR Administrator, Emily handles a vast variety of responsibilities including benefit administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and payroll processing. Providing help and support for the employees, as well as the business, is something Emily enjoys about her role.

Emily joined MLG as an accounting intern in 2008. After graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, she was hired on as an Accountant. Her position transitioned into a role in Human Resources in 2015, which she has thoroughly enjoyed ever since.

Outside of work, Emily stays busy with her husband, three children, and a German Shepherd!  She enjoys cooking, home decorating, outdoor activities with her kids, board games, traveling, and relaxing on a white sandy beach.
