Kaitlyn Ruppert is MLG Capital’s Tax Associate. She is responsible for managing financial records, performing tax and compliance analyses, and maintaining asset and expense tracking for real estate investments.
She graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Criminology. Starting out of college, she worked at Deloitte in the Multistate Tax Service Line. Prior to joining MLG Capital, Kaitlyn worked across multiple tax functions at Kohl’s Corporate in Menomonee Falls.
Outside of work, she enjoys embroidering and spending time with her husband and cat named Birdie.
