As Transaction Coordinator, Katelynn is responsible for overseeing all deal aspects from contract to close and supporting in-house counsel.
Katelynn’s education includes a pre-law bachelor’s degree with double minors in police & criminal justice and legal studies. She also carries mediator, lobbyist, and paralegal certifications. After college, Katelynn worked as a sheriff’s deputy for five years before transitioning to work as a litigation paralegal. An opportunity became available for her to work in real estate, and she worked on dispositions, acquisitions, refinances, and leasing of commercial properties in the Midwest and southwest.
When not at work, Katelynn is anywhere but home. Travel is her passion and she values experiences and memories made.
