Lauren Alioto started as an Investor Relations Intern at MLG Capital in January of 2022. After graduating from Carroll University in May of 2022, she joined the team full-time. During her time at Carroll University, Lauren studied Business Administration with a focus on Management and Leadership.
As a Compliance Associate at MLG, Lauren supports the Investor Operations team with the subscription review process, investor onboarding, and account setup across our account management systems. She spends most of her time reviewing investors’ subscription paperwork to make sure the documents are following SEC rules and regulations before our legal team’s final approval. Lauren also assists with various data projects to maintain organization throughout our databases.
Out of the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her dachshund, Frank. She loves spending time outdoors whether it is swimming, golfing, or camping. On the weekends or nights out, Lauren loves to explore different restaurants or specialty grocery stores all around Southeast Wisconsin from Milwaukee to Madison.
