Phil Natkins is a Vice President in the Asset Management Group at MLG Capital. He is primarily responsible for overseeing property operations and executing business plans for a diverse portfolio of multifamily investments across the United States. Known for his hands-on approach, Phil is committed to creating value for MLG’s investors.
Before joining MLG Capital, Phil served as Vice President at Magellan Investment Partners, where he managed property-level operations for a portfolio of value-add and core-plus multifamily assets. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Asset Management Group of Northwestern Mutual’s real estate investment division, overseeing a national portfolio of institutional-quality multifamily, industrial, medical office, and manufactured housing investments.
Outside of work, Phil is actively involved in the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and serves on the Housing Task Force for Jewish Family Services in Milwaukee. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with their two dogs, and cheering on the Badgers.
