Rick Yorke is an Assistant Vice President in the Asset Management Group at MLG Capital. He covers a wide array of asset classes with a focus on the Minnesota region. Rick joined the firm in August 2025 and works closely with senior leadership to oversee asset strategy, financial performance, capital expenditures, lease negotiations, and investor reporting throughout the life cycle of each investment.
Prior to joining MLG, Rick worked in downtown Chicago at Heitman and Retail Properties of America, Inc., where he gained extensive experience in commercial real estate, portfolio & asset management. He earned his BBA in Finance and Spanish from the University of Iowa and is currently a CFA Level III Candidate.
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Rick is a lifelong fan of Chicago sports and enjoys golfing, collecting sports memorabilia, watching movies, playing euchre, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Hillary, recently relocated and are in the process of remodeling their forever home, which they hope to complete later in 2025. Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with their two daughters, Amelia and Eloise, and their dog, Luna.
