Tucker DePaola is an Assistant Vice President at MLG Capital focused on sourcing new acquisitions in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Based in the Boston area, Tucker is responsible for evaluating new investments, contract negotiations, due diligence, financing, and closing of multifamily and commercial assets.

Most recently, Tucker was a member of the investment team at Boston Global Investors, where he oversaw the underwriting and asset management of active developments and prospective land acquisitions in the Northeast and Mountain West. Previously, he worked as a Manager of Acquisitions at Akelius Residential, where he helped source 1,085 multifamily units across New England and Texas. Tucker began his career at Walker & Dunlop working on their loan origination and underwriting teams.

Tucker graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Political Science and Spanish. He is a proud member of the Colgate Real Estate Council and actively involved with the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) of Boston.

Outside of work, Tucker is an avid skier and fisherman, and enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and the tenor saxophone.
