Dell Dembny

Dell Dembny is an Associate on MLG Capital’s Asset Management team. He is responsible for the operations and performance of commercial and multifamily assets across the Midwest and Northeast. Dell works closely with property managers, leasing teams, brokers, and portfolio management to execute strategic business plans.

Prior to joining MLG Capital, Dell interned at Mandel Group in the Milwaukee area, where he worked with multifamily and mixed-use assets, completed financial modeling, drafted investor reports, and supported development projects. Dell also worked on a student private equity team that sourced, underwrote, and managed real estate investment opportunities for WREAA LP Funds.

Dell received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in real estate from the University of Wisconsin Madison. His undergraduate studies focused on finance, real estate, and risk management. He was also a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Club.

Outside of the office, Dell enjoys golfing, hunting, watching Wisconsin sports including the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers and going to Culver’s.
