Joe Kopriva, CPA

Joe Kopriva is an Assistant Vice President on the Portfolio Management team at MLG Capital. Joe works with the asset management and fund accounting teams to help drive fund strategy for MLG’s private funds, the Legacy Fund, and managed accounts while focusing on providing high-quality reporting for investors.

Prior to joining MLG Capital, Joe served as a Portfolio Manager within the Private Equity Real Estate team at Partners Group in Denver, where he oversaw investments across the full investment lifecycle from quarterly valuations and capital requirements to fund-level performance analysis and liquidity management. Before that, he was a Manager in KPMG’s audit practice primarily serving large, public financial services firms while also helping drive data analytics solutions across the firm.

Joe received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Louis University and a master’s degree in accountancy with an emphasis in data analytics from Ohio State University.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin.

Outside of the office, Joe is an avid golfer and enjoys skiing, attending concerts, trying new food spots, and following all things Green Bay Packers.
