Joshua Wink

Joshua Wink is an Associate on MLG Capital’s Acquisitions team. He focuses on the acquisition of multifamily, industrial, and retail assets throughout Midwest markets. He works with MLG Capital’s joint venture partners to evaluate new acquisitions for the firm’s Private Fund Series and Legacy Fund.

Joshua received a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from the University of Wisconsin Madison.  During his time at Wisconsin, he was an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Club and the Real Estate Private Equity Club. He also held internships at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Fiserv, and North Shore Bank.

Joshua is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, boating, snowboarding, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
