Riley Dickson

Riley Dickson is a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team at MLG Capital, where he helps drive the operational and financial performance of the firm’s real estate portfolio with a focus on industrial assets. His responsibilities include analyzing property performance, overseeing leasing activity, supporting capital improvement initiatives, managing budgets and forecasts and collaborating with property managers and tenants to execute asset-level business plans.

Prior to joining MLG Capital, Riley worked in acquisitions at Hammes Partners, underwriting and evaluating healthcare real estate investment opportunities. Before entering the real estate industry, he served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, leading teams and executing operations in challenging environments both in training and during overseas deployments.

Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dickinson College and an MBA with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
