Tyler Favre

Tyler Favre is an Associate on the Acquisitions team at MLG Capital, where he supports the firm’s acquisition efforts across the Southeast region. Based in Sarasota, Tyler focuses on underwriting and evaluating multifamily, industrial, and retail acquisition opportunities. He also supports the due diligence process and evaluates opportunities for a fit within MLG Capital’s Legacy Fund and Private Fund Series.

Prior to joining MLG Capital, Tyler interned at Huber Equity Group in Columbus, Ohio for more than a year. In that role, he helped underwrite multifamily investment opportunities, source new deals, assist with asset management, and support the due diligence process.

Tyler received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on real estate and urban analysis from Ohio State University.

Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, trying new restaurants, supporting Ohio State football, and cheering on Boston sports teams.
