Tyler Horn

Associate General Counsel

Tyler Horn is an Associate General Counsel at MLG Capital, where he focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of real property, commercial development, leasing, and finance. Tyler provides thoughtful, strategic counsel in transactions, particularly through MLG’s Joint Venture Private Equity platform.

Prior to joining MLG Capital, Tyler was an attorney at a national Milwaukee-based law firm and a boutique Milwaukee law firm, where his practice focused on commercial real estate and related areas of the law such as corporate law and commercial finance.

Tyler received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Hope College, graduating magna cum laude. He later obtained a juris doctor from Marquette University Law School, where he served as Managing Editor for the Marquette Sports Law Review. Shortly thereafter, Tyler received an MBA from the Marquette University Graduate School of Management. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.

Outside of the office, Tyler and his wife live in downtown Milwaukee and enjoy attending concerts and sporting events together. They are also members of the Milwaukee Athletic Club.

Tyler is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and The Federalist Society. He serves on the Pastoral Council for The Church of the Gesu, formerly serving as Chair from 2023 to 2026, and the Board of Directors for Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin.
