This position will be impactful in the overall success of MLG Capital’s mission of establishing joint venture equity relationships with other real estate firms across the country and sourcing or servicing our expansive investor base within the High Net Worth, Investment Advisor, or Family Office space.

The Financial Accountant is responsible for monitoring accounts payable and receivable activity at the property, reconciling supporting schedules to account balances on the financial statements, entering general ledger entries, and compiling the financial statements.
Private Equity Associate—Intern
This position will give interns the opportunity to work on a well-established team with more than 33 years of operational excellence. The Private Equity Associate–Summer Intern will develop skills in raising equity and preparing investor communication materials via various methods. The Private Equity Associate—Summer Intern will also engage in developing commercial underwriting skills, learn the due diligence process and review financial and operating elements of potential and existing real estate holdings. The role will consist of ±20 hours per week and will vary depending on workload.
