Jade Hendricks
AVP of Investor Operations
As the AVP of Investor Operations, Jade’s primary focus is managing operations for the MLG’s Investor Relations efforts, collaborating with other department leads to ensure data accuracy across platforms, streamline current workflows, and increase efficiency for subscription processing. She also maintains the firm’s investor portal, engages with MLG’s growing investor base, and supports other business lines, such as Marketing and Tech. Jade currently serves as Chairperson of the MLG Cares committee and co-leads MLG’s social impact investment strategy, the Making A Difference (MAD) Initiative.
Jade graduated from Fisk University in Nashville, TN with a dual degree in Business Administration and Spanish. Before joining MLG, she worked for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where she focused on wealth education, business development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.
Jade was recognized in 2021 as one of Waukesha County Business Alliance’s Emerging Leaders and in 2022 as one of GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence and a Lloyd Levin Difference Maker, a recognition from SecureFutures for her volunteer contributions to its programs since 2019. Outside of the office, Jade is actively involved in the community, volunteering as a speaker and financial educator for various organizations. Personally, she enjoys spending time with family and staying active.
