Billy Fox is a Senior Vice President and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, Investment Committee, and Fund Strategy Committee. Billy has management responsibility over MLG Capital’s Legacy Fund and 1031 exchange activity. Billy enjoys partnering with high-net-worth owners of private real estate seeking a passive, tax-deferred exit strategy from their portfolio.
Billy graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with degrees in Real Estate and Accounting and is CPA.
Aside from work, Billy and his wife, Siena, cherish their time with their two lovely young children. He is always ready for a round of golf and loves to spend time in northern Wisconsin.
